To contact Chillona Cosmetics my preferred method of contact is through email. You can email me at [email protected] or you can go on our website's “Contact” page. Simply press the 3 lines in the top left hand corner and under the “Pages” section press “Contact”. Then, you can write and send me a message through the page. Make sure to press the “Send Message” button.

Chillona Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergies, injuries, or reactions to any products. Ingredients are listed within every product description. All products are made in a sanitized & clean area. All products are also cleansed after production. Please stop using it if any irritation occurs. Always test the product on a patch of skin before contact with your face or entire body.

All sales are final due to sanitary reasons.
No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are permitted before or after the order has been shipped.
Chillona Cosmetics is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer. So please double check your information at check out before purchasing. To have items resent to the buyer after it has been returned to the sender, there is an additional shipping fee.
If the mistake (ex: address, name, etc) was made before a consumer receives their tracking email, they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Chillona Cosmetics. If the consumer has received a tracking number, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
Chillona Cosmetics is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once your tracking number is sent.

Once placing and purchasing your order it takes me between 2-4 weeks to ship out your packages. I am a full time college student, so I appreciate and thank you for your patience and understanding!
